In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other printed or written document passing between parties (including without limitation the Customer’s Sales or Purchase Order), the terms and conditions listed here will supersede.
No variation of the terms and conditions listed shall be applicable to any purchases and orders unless explicitly accepted in writing by lacelebrebox.com.

Customer Service Policy

Our Fresh Flower and Gift Promises

We strive hard to ensure that you and your recipient receive only the best freshest flowers and gifts. We guarantee that the flowers and gifts delivered to your recipient will arrive fresh and without any manufacture defects.

Our Delivery Guarantees

At lacelebrebox.com, we guarantee that flowers and most gift selections will be delivered on the same day – if the orders were made before 5pm.

However, we will not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or non-delivery of orders under any of the following circumstances:

  1. The recipient was not present at the address given within the hours during which delivery was requested.
  2. An incorrect address was provided.
  3. No such person was at the given address.
  4. No valid contact number was provided for lacelebrebox.com to reasonably attempt to contact to recipient to make delivery.
  5. For all orders of gift boxes, lacelebrebox.com is not able to guarantee successful deliveries with full refunds or free deliveries due to stringent custom control measures.

If in any case your package is received in an unsatisfactory condition or you are facing issues with delivery, please email us at lacelebrebox@gmail.com or contact us directly at (65) 6902 4012 with your order number. Our friendly customer service representatives will assist you regarding the issue at hand.

Shipping & Delivery Substitution

Due to the nature of our trade, all products are subject to availability. In order to get your delivery on time and at its freshest condition, lacelebrebox.com reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions with another similar product of equal or greater value. Should a substitution be required, our professional florist will consult you and inform you of the changes.

Although flowers may vary, every one of our arrangements are skilfully created to reflect your selection as close as possible in terms of shape, size, style and colour combination. Variety will take precedence over colours, so if for example, we do not have Purple Tulip in stock, then we will replace it with Tulip of another colour.

Alcohol Related Item

Please note that if the delivery includes alcoholic drinks or items that have an age-restriction policy, we require the receiver be aged 18 years or older, with the appropriate photo identification for verification purposes.

lacelebrebox.com reserves the right to the following:

  • To not deliver the package to anyone who is appears to be under the age of 18, and unable to prove their age with the appropriate photo identification.
  • To refuse delivery of any alcohol-related drinks or items to any person who is, or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • If a re-delivery needs to be scheduled, due to any one of the aforementioned factors, an additional fee of $12.70 will be imposed. The time and date of re-delivery will be subjected to the availability of our drivers.

By purchasing or ordering from us, you agree that if any applicable legal requirements for the delivery of item(s) are not met, lacelebrebox.com reserves the right to cancel the alcohol-related portion of your order.
